What's so rad about the Sweetheart Shout Out anyway?

Sweetheart Shout Out is a bunch of graphic designers who have gone wedding crazy! We can do other stuff, but we love wedding invitations! When you order from us you get these awesome things:  1. You get to work with your very own designer with unlimited proofs to create PERFECT invitations.  2. Your invitations feature front AND back full color printing (none of this one sided business) AND your choice of colored envelope (none of this white envelope only business).  3.  Free shipping in the US.  4.  RAD DESIGN.  In a nut shell, we will take care of all the details to make ordering your invitations a piece of cake and your invitations look spectacular.

When should I order my invitations?

Ideally, you should order your invitations 4-6 months before your wedding.  This will give you and your designer plenty of time to create a gorgeous design that’s perfect for you,  get them printed,  and delivered.  If you don’t have 4-6 months its ok.  You just want to order no later than 3 weeks before you'd like to send your invitations out. How long does the design and printing process take?

The design time varies depending on how many revisions you need. Once we have your payment and wedding details we will have your first proof ready for you within 3 business days for a standard design. If you have asked a designer to build a custom design from scratch depending on how complicated the design is, we will have a proof ready for you within 7-10 business days. If you request a revision, we will complete each revision within 2 business days. From the day we send your finalized design to the print, it will take 10-14 days to be printed and delivered to you (for international orders, please contact us for an estimate of shipping time.)

Can you make designs from scratch using my ideas?

Hell yes we can! Because we're a bunch of graphic designers, we have the unique ability to make whatever you want. Pirate invitation? Yes. Candyland invitation? You betcha. Battlestar Gallactica invitation? Umm...yes!

How will I be sure I'm going to like my custom design?

Because you work one on one with a real graphic designer, you have the unique ability to contact them anytime with your concerns and ideas. We also do not put a cap on proofs and the revision process, so you and your designer can work together until your invitation is 100% perfect. To help the design process go smoothly, it is encouraged that you give your designer as much detail as possible regarding what you want. You can even send images of things you've seen that you like or images indicating the colors or style you're going for. The more info you give your designer, the better!

Do you design maps?

Yes, we can design a map for you for an additional fee of $75.00. Maps can be tricky business, so we ask that you provide us with as much information as possible about what you would like to include on your map.

Do you sell images of pieces that I can print myself?

Yes, we can accommodate brides or grooms that would like to print their invitations themselves. Prices are quoted on a case by case basis, so shoot us an email specifying what design and what pieces you're interested in. We do not sell blank or editable images. Our designers will work with you to create a design with your specific wedding details and send proofs back and forth till they are perfect. Once the design is finalized, we will send the high resolution image to you. Please let your designer know the file and bleed specifications needed for your particular printer or print shop.

Do you sell other images I can have printed on other products?

Yes, we can create images for you to have printed on products we don't offer on our website. Prices for these images are quoted on a case by case basis, so shoot us an email specifying what type of design, what products you will be printing on, and the size image/images you will need and we will be happy to make up a custom quote for you.

Can you print addresses right on my envelopes?

Unfortunately our high capacity printers are unable to print guest addresses on individual envelopes.

Can you print individual guest names on my escort cards or place cards?

Our high capacity printers can only print in quantities of 50 for each design, so we cannot print individual names on escort cards and place cards.  We can however print your guest names on clear labels that you can adhere to your escort or place cards. 

Can I get a printed proof prior to ordering?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a printed proof of your invitation. The minimum quantity that runs on our high capacity printers is 50, so we're unable to print just one. We provide unlimited digital proofs with out invitation orders and would be happy to send samples of invitations similar to yours so you may see and feel the quality of our products.

What printing techniques do you use?

Our invitations are printed on a state-of-the-art Heidelberg Speedmaster press. We print full color on both sides of every piece and offer a choice of a gloss finish, satin matte finish, or uncoated.  All our products are printed on your choice of premium 16 pt cardstock (for coated pieces)  or ultra thick 17pt cardstock (for uncoated pieces).

Can you supply other products other than what are available on your site?

Yes, we can pretty much get our hands on anything! Send us an email indicating what you're looking for and we can make up a custom quote for you. If there is something we are unable to get for you, our designers can always prepare a high resolution image for you to take to a supplier of the product you are seeking.

What kind of paper do you use?

All our products are printed on your choice of premium 16 pt cardstock (for coated pieces)  or ultra thick 17pt cardstock (for uncoated pieces) with your choice of gloss, matte, or no coating.

Can you do quantities less than 50?

Because we use high capacity printers, we cannot print orders in quantities less than 50. We can however provide images of your invitation design to be printed at a different location. Please send us an email to get specific prices for quantities less than 50.

Can I make a deposit instead of paying all up front?

We understand that wedding budgets need flexibility.  We can accept a 50% non-refundable deposit to get the design work started.  We need payment in full before we can get your order printed and shipped to you.  To arrange for special payment options, please give us a call and talk to one of our customer service genies.

Is my credit card transaction secure on your site?

We use the most recent secured socket layer or SSL technology as well as fully PCI compliant servers.  Your information is secure and will never be shared or sold to other companies without your consent.

Is shipping really free?

Shipping is on us if your order is shipping within the US. Unfortunately, there is a shipping fee for orders shipping to Canada.

Do you ship outside the US and Canada?

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship outside of the US and Canada. Please contact us if you are interested in having a digital product created by our designers to be printed at a print shop in your country.

Can I pay for rush shipping?

Yes. Since the shipping rates vary depending on how quickly you'll need your order, please contact us and let us know how quickly you'll need your order so we can calculate the cost of your speedy delivery.
