RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Congrats! You've decided to work with a custom designer to build beautiful and meaningful wedding invitations. You get unlimited revisions before you give your seal of approval and it goes to print.
Due to the unique nature of wedding invitations and custom design work, we cannot offer refunds or returns. If there are issues with printing or delivery, we can reprint and ship your order within 30 days of initial delivery.
SHIPPING INFO
We offer FREE shipping on all orders in the USA! We also ship to Canada for an additional shipping fee. Unfortunately, we cannot ship physical products to other countries, however, we can provide digital invitations. if you would like to inquire about digital design services, please contact us here.
You can expect delivery within 10-14 business days from the time you approve the final designs. Cards and envelopes arrive in separate packages as they are provided from separate suppliers.
